TERMS & CONDITIONS

All information regarding Children 'R' Us, Incorporated,  a division of Entrepreneur Enterprizez, LLC, is public record, but under no circumstances should another organization, business, or individual use any images associated with the organization. Anyone who violates the rules set forth by this organization is punishable by law. 


We are an equal opportunity organization, and our services are available to everyone, but we reserve the right to refuse service without prior notice. 


Children 'R' Us, Incorporated reserves the right to update this policy document by changes to federal, state, or local law, as well as internal operational needs. Stakeholders will be notified of material changes within 30 days of their enactment. 


Children 'R' Us, Inc.'s obligations are:

  • Manage expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for participants' behavior, like forbidding unlawful conduct, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts with written or verbal consent.  

POLICY

Organizational Purpose

Children 'R' Us, Incorporated, in partnership with the Freedom Exchange and Wellness Center, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering children, families, and communities through trauma-informed care, mental health services, education, workforce development, barter and trade initiatives, and holistic wellness programming. Our services aim to eliminate barriers to healing, belonging, and sustainable living.


Children 'R' Us, Inc. reserves the right to collect, process, and compile personal information from website visitors. No communication will ever be shared with third parties unless stated with written consent.   

 Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All personal, clinical, and trade information will be protected under HIPAA standards.
  • No information will be shared without explicit, written consent unless required by law.
  • All staff, interns, and volunteers must sign confidentiality agreements before program involvement.

Constitutional Compliance

As a nonprofit organization operating in the United States, Children 'R' Us, Inc. affirms:

  • Respect for all individuals regardless of race, gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, or background, under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment.
  • Freedom of expression and belief in service delivery, as protected under the 1st Amendment.
  • Non-discriminatory access to services and programs, as aligned with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and civil rights statutes.
  • Confidentiality of all participants and data protection under the Fourth Amendment and HIPAA compliance standards.


SAMHSA Alignment

Our programming and policies adhere to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) principles of trauma-informed care, prevention, and behavioral health support. We commit to:

SAMHSA's Six Key Principles of a Trauma-Informed Approach:

  1. Safety – Ensuring physical, emotional, and psychological safety across all environments.
  2. Trustworthiness and Transparency – Operational decisions are made with transparency and stakeholder involvement.
  3. Peer Support – Integration of peer-led recovery and mentorship.
  4. Collaboration and Mutuality – Equal partnership between staff, clients, and the community.
  5. Empowerment, Voice, and Choice – Centering the strengths and agency of those we serve.
  6. Cultural, Historical, and Gender Responsiveness – Programming is tailored to honor diversity and lived experiences.

Program Eligibility and Participation

  • Participants must be residents of the designated service area unless referred through a partnership organization.
  • Parental/guardian consent is required for minors participating in any programs.
  • Participation in barter and trade systems is contingent upon registration, skills/service documentation, and agreement to equitable trade terms.
  • All clinical services require intake assessments and may be subject to insurance or grant-based eligibility.

Code of Conduct 

  • individuals participating in or visiting Children 'R' Us, Inc. and the Freedom Exchange and Wellness Center are expected to:
  • Treat others with respect and dignity.
  • Uphold the safety and peace of the space.
  • Follow guidelines related to conduct, dress code, and language in shared community spaces.
  • Participate in conflict resolution processes if disputes arise.  


Health, Safety & Facility Protocols

  • All buildings will maintain OSHA-compliant safety standards, including emergency exits, fire suppression systems, first-aid access, and ADA compliance.
  • Mandatory background checks will be conducted for all employees, volunteers, and facilitators.
  • Facilities will operate under a zero-tolerance policy for violence, harassment, illegal drug use, and weapons.
  • Regular emergency drills (fire, active threat, evacuation) will be conducted.
  • Cleaning and sanitization schedules will be enforced per CDC public health guidelines.
  • All participants and visitors must sign in and follow posted safety procedures.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Children 'R' Us, Inc. maintains a grievance procedure for reporting unethical behavior, policy violations, or unsafe conditions.
  • Anonymous reporting options are available.
  • Violations of these terms may result in temporary suspension or permanent exclusion from programs and services.

Financial & Program Transparency

  • Annual reports, financial statements, and board meeting minutes will be made publicly available upon request.
  • Donations, grants, and barter/trade participation are documented and reported in alignment with federal nonprofit regulatory standards.
